That belief is at the heart of our new partnership with Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship (WTE) – a mission-led organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering women across technology and entrepreneurship, at every stage of their careers.
A Shared Mission: Empowerment, Inclusion and Opportunity
WTE is more than a professional network. It is a community built around near-peer mentorship, practical education, and meaningful relationships, designed to remove barriers that women often face in tech and start-up environments.
Importantly, WTE provides all of this without membership fees, ensuring that access to mentorship, learning and professional support is never limited by financial constraints. That commitment closely aligns with our own approach to recruitment and talent strategy: people first, inclusion always, and opportunity as a catalyst for growth.
Both organisations share a belief that diverse teams do not happen by accident. They are built through intentional hiring practices, and sustained investment in people.

Miami has rapidly emerged as one of the most dynamic tech and start-up hubs in the U.S. With an influx of global talent, growing venture activity, and a strong culture of entrepreneurship, the city is shaping the future of innovation across industries.
With that growth comes responsibility, particularly when it comes to creating equitable pathways for women in tech and entrepreneurship. That is where this partnership comes into focus.
Together with WTE, we are launching the WTE Miami Chapter, designed to serve women across technology, start-ups, and creative industries through:
- Accessible mentorship and resources for women at every career stage
- Regular free meetups, workshops and networking events
- A collaborative, community-led environment rooted in support rather than competition
This chapter is about bringing opportunity directly to Miami’s industry leaders, founders, technologists and change-makers and ensuring the city’s growth is inclusive and sustainable.
Our Role: Connecting Talent, Opportunity and Purpose
As a recruitment partner, our work extends far beyond filling roles. We advocate for talent, advise companies on inclusive hiring, and help create environments where people can grow and thrive.
