Join a small but mighty creative team that designs and builds sleek, high-performing websites for innovative tech, SaaS, and fintech brands around the world.

They’re looking for a Web / Digital Designer (fully remote) who blends creativity with strategy, someone who can turn ideas into elegant, conversion-focused designs that not only look great but work great.

You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to final handoff, collaborating with clients and developers to bring smart, user-driven designs to life. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design responsive websites, landing pages, and marketing assets in Figma
  • Translate briefs and wireframes into clear, visually engaging layouts
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align creative direction
  • Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components
  • Present design ideas confidently and refine them based on feedback
  • Ensure every design is accessible, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised
  • Partner with developers to ensure design integrity through build

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of web/digital design experience (ideally in an agency setting)
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Mastery of Figma (wireframing, prototyping, and components)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and storytelling through digital experiences

Bonus Points:

  • Experience collaborating with Webflow or front-end developers
  • Familiarity with CRO and marketing-led design principles
  • Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, or tech clients
  • Comfort using tools like Slack, Notion, and Markup.io

Why You’ll Love It There:

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, creative team that values autonomy, craftsmanship, and results over red tape. You’ll get to work on diverse global projects, push creative boundaries, and see your work make a tangible impact for ambitious brands.
