Tomorrow are collaborating with a branding and design consultancy who work with some of the world’s most influential names in luxury, design, and the built environments. They create bold, beautifully crafted stories across brand, strategy, content, and production.

They’re now looking for a Junior Editor to join their growing production team in London. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be immersed in the full post-production process—from shaping first cuts to delivering polished final films. You’ll work across a wide variety of projects, including branded films, TVCs, and short-form content for digital and social platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Crafting video edits for campaigns across digital, social, and broadcast channels
  • Organising, transcoding, and managing footage, assets, and project files
  • Supporting the Senior Editor with versioning, formatting, subtitling, and light motion graphics
  • Applying colour correction, audio syncing, and basic sound editing
  • Exporting and delivering content in multiple formats for different platforms
  • Keeping an eye on new editing styles, social-first trends, and evolving formats
  • Collaborating with producers, directors, designers, and external partners to deliver seamless, high-quality work

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (bonus points for After Effects, Photoshop, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • A solid grasp of editing principles, pacing, and storytelling
  • A strong showreel or portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and export workflows
  • Organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to take feedback and thrive under deadlines
  • Interest in design, architecture, and the luxury sector

Why join them?

This is an exciting opportunity to develop both your technical and creative skills while working with a team of ambitious creatives. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile clients, learn how to balance creative storytelling with brand guidelines, and over time, take on more ownership of edits and creative decisions. You’ll also have the chance to expand into specialist areas like colour grading, motion graphics, and sound editing.

If this sounds like you, please apply with your CV and Portfolio/Showreel to design@tomorrowlondon.co.uk
