We have teamed up with a strategic design agency based in Brighton and they are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join its creative team.
With a focus on industries like EdTech, FinTech, Hospitality, Logistics, and IoT, the studio offers a varied and exciting workload, utilising the latest tools such as Webflow, Midjourney, and Figma to deliver collaborative, high-quality work.
The agency prioritises a balanced and productive work environment, valuing collaboration, open communication, and smart working processes over intensity. As a close-knit team, they are looking for a designer who is a proactive problem-solver, takes ownership of challenges, and embraces a team-focused mentality to drive collective success.
Role Overview
As a Junior Designer, you will play a key role in creating impactful B2B SaaS websites, working alongside UX and UI designers as well as Webflow developers.
While supported by senior designers and leadership, you’ll need strong initiative and self-management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget. You demonstrate a strong conceptual and creative approach, rooted in experience and a passion for thoughtful, impactful design.
