This global company, who specialise in creative world-class experiences and spaces for hotels, restaurants, hotels and resorts, are looking for a mid level Studio Project Manager to join their in-house studio.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for;

  • Liaise with your team and the wider business/ cross departments to manage incoming briefs
  • Allocate resource internally
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of projects across the studio, mapping out and managing designers time and priorities
  • Juggle multiple project deadlines
  • Track the status and delivery of projects internally using the studio’s CRM and systems [Monday.com]

You’ll need to be quick on your feet, be able to work in volume with top communication skills to suit this role. You’ll be the connective tissue across teams/ departments, build rapport and trust easily all whilst keeping your finger on the pulse of the creative work flowing through the studio.
