We’re looking for a Strategy Director to help shape the future of an ambitious design and communications studio in London.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence. You’ll lead strategy across brand identity, communications, design and integrated campaigns, helping ambitious brands navigate moments of transformation and create work that is strategically sharp, creatively ambitious and commercially effective.
As Senior Strategy Director, you’ll shape positioning, propositions, messaging, verbal identities, campaign platforms and communications strategies. You’ll work closely with creatives, designers and copywriters to turn strategic thinking into exceptional work.
You’ll help define category-defining ideas, challenge briefs and raise the creative ambition of the agency, while giving senior clients clear strategic direction and confidence.
Alongside leading client work, you’ll help evolve the strategic offer, develop new methodologies, mentor strategists and contribute to new business, thought leadership and agency growth.
You’ll bring significant strategy experience within a leading brand, design or creative agency, with a strong track record across brand transformation and communications. You’ll be an excellent storyteller, presenter and problem solver, with strong creative judgement and commercial awareness.
You’ll be curious, culturally aware, collaborative and generous with your thinking. Confident but not ego-driven, you’ll be comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
You’ll join a 60+ multidisciplinary team in London, working hybrid Tuesday to Thursday in the office. You’ll have genuine ownership, senior-level exposure and the opportunity to help shape the future of strategy.
Salary: 90-100K
