A highly regarded, specialist communications agency is seeking a talented Senior Strategist to join its team.
Operating at the forefront of the lifestyle landscape, the agency partners with some of the most exciting beauty and skincare brands in the sector to originate culturally resonant ideas that drive real commercial impact.
This is a role for a strategic thinker who can work at the intersection of communications, culture and integrated marketing; bringing an idea-led, campaign-driven approach to everything they do.
Key responsibilities:
– Act as a strategic partner across a diverse client portfolio, providing insight, counsel and culturally relevant thinking that goes beyond traditional PR outputs
– Translate client briefs into integrated, idea-led strategies that connect communications with brand, content, experience and wider campaign activity
– Lead on identifying cultural trends, audience behaviours and shifts relevant to client brands, developing proactive ideas rooted in culture
– Collaborate closely with creative, comms and experience teams to ensure strategies translate into strong, coherent execution across all channels
– Support new business proposals and pitches, contributing integrated campaign thinking and original ideas alongside senior leadership
– Mentor colleagues across the business, sharing strategic knowledge and raising the quality and ambition of work agency-wide
