We have partnered with Multidisciplinary Studio composed of Artists, Designers, and Creatives, dedicated to crafting bespoke artworks and installations, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
You will oversee client relationships and project logistics from initial briefing through installation, collaborating closely with the Projects Team, New Business Team, The Creative Director, and The Managing Director.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Deliver projects within budget and deadlines.
Create and manage costing documents (estimates, quotes, and final fee agreements).
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across various budgets.
Negotiate pricing with suppliers and maintain budget oversight.
Coordinate site visits, manage installations, and communicate project updates to the internal team.
Collaborate with the Projects Director and Creatives on material selection and project execution.
Required Skills:
Education in a design-related field.
Proven experience in Project Management within the Design industry, handling accounts and client relationships.
Previous experience in managing projects simultaneously, focusing on health & safety, logistics, onsite management, and construction.
Experience with production budgets up to £500K.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
