  • Deliver projects within budget and deadlines.
  • Create and manage costing documents (estimates, quotes, and final fee agreements).
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across various budgets.

  • Experience with installations and production budgets up to £500K
  • Experience with Long-Term Installations: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects designed for long-term use and impact, with an emphasis on installations and spatial designs that consider the ongoing needs and interactions of end users. Applicants should provide examples showcasing projects with extended lifespans and strategic design considerations for prolonged end-user engagement and adaptability.

Additional Notes:

  • London/Hybrid
  • Salary: £50K – £55K
  • Start Date: ASAP

Application Process Requirement: As part of the application process, we ask candidates to submit examples of projects that illustrate their experience with long-term installations. Specifically, we’re interested in seeing work that highlights considerations for how an end user interacts with the space over time and how the design supports sustained use. Please share examples that showcase planning for durability, adaptability, and functionality over an extended period.

If you’re excited to be part of a dynamic team and play a role in shaping meaningful projects, we’d love to hear from you!
