Tomorrow London have partnered with Multidisciplinary Studio composed of Artists, Designers, and Creatives, dedicated to crafting bespoke artworks and installations, who are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee client relationships and project logistics from initial briefing through installation, collaborating closely with the Projects Team, New Business Team, The Creative Director, and The Managing Director.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver projects within budget and deadlines.
- Create and manage costing documents (estimates, quotes, and final fee agreements).
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across various budgets.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and maintain budget oversight.
- Coordinate site visits, manage installations, and communicate project updates to the internal team.
- Collaborate with the Projects Director and Creatives on material selection and project execution.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Project Management within the Design industry, handling accounts and client relationships.
- Previous experience in managing projects simultaneously, focusing on Health & Safety, Logistics, Onsite Management, and Construction.
- Experience with installations and production budgets up to £500K
- Experience with Long-Term Installations: Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects designed for long-term use and impact, with an emphasis on installations and spatial designs that consider the ongoing needs and interactions of end users. Applicants should provide examples showcasing projects with extended lifespans and strategic design considerations for prolonged end-user engagement and adaptability.
