We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Project Manager to join an independent retail brand design studio in London. You’ll be partnering closely with another Senior PM to run the day-to-day of one of their biggest retail accounts – an iconic UK household name with plenty of exciting, fast-moving work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the delivery of a wide range of retail assets – POS, shopper materials, promotional comms – from concept all the way through to final delivery.
- Managing production logistics: scoping requirements, negotiating with suppliers, resourcing, building timelines, and keeping everything moving smoothly through the studio.
- Acting as the daily point of contact for your clients – guiding them confidently through the creative process, building great relationships, and spotting opportunities to grow and strengthen the account.
- Working at pace across high-volume retail projects while keeping a sharp eye on detail and delivering top-quality work every time.
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in production management, ideally within retail, print, and/or shopper marketing.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts.
- A confident communicator who can hold their own with clients, creative teams, and suppliers.
