An iconic British high street brand with a powerful online presence is looking for a Senior Model & Casting Manager to take ownership of its casting vision and elevate the brand through exceptional talent.

This is not just about booking models – it’s about curating a world-class model family that defines the face of the brand across e-commerce, creative shoots and major campaigns. You’ll be the driving force behind casting strategy, ensuring every model reflects the brand’s aesthetic, customer and ambition.

The Role

You will lead all model casting and booking across womenswear and menswear, ensuring a consistently high standard across daily e-com shoots and larger creative campaigns. Working closely with the Head of Studio, Creative Director, Senior Studio Manager and Senior Styling Manager, you’ll ensure casting is always current, competitive and creatively progressive.

From weekly castings and agency meetings to social media scouting and in-town talent spotting, you will live and breathe models. You’ll maintain and refresh the brand’s model family, ensure studio capacity is always covered, and take full ownership of the booking process from negotiation through to shoot day – including managing peak trading periods such as Christmas.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Casting and booking for daily e-commerce shoots and large-scale creative campaigns
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with leading UK and international model agencies
  • Negotiating rates and managing budgets strategically
  • Presenting model analysis and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring diversity and inclusivity across all bookings
  • Overseeing model licences and usage
  • Being the go-to agency contact for all model-related matters

About You

  • You bring gravitas and presence; you are commercially sharp, highly organised and an exceptional communicator
  • You have your ear to the ground across established and emerging talent and understand instinctively what makes a great e-com model
  • You will likely have experience in a similar role within a fashion brand or studio environment, with proven experience negotiating rates and managing significant budgets
  • Most importantly, you have a genuine love of fashion and casting – and the confidence to influence at senior level

If you’re ready to shape the face of an iconic British brand and elevate its creative output through world-class casting, we’d love to hear from you >>> pop your CV to CS@tomorrowlondon.co.uk now to be considered.
