Tomorrow is partnering with a Global Creative and Design Agency specializing in Brand experiences, focusing on Innovative Design and Collaboration.

They are seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to join their growing team.

• Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced agency environment, managing large accounts (£1M+)
• Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in the Hospitality and Travel sectors.
• Client Relationship: Ability to authentically nurture and build client rapport.
• Strategic Growth: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to grow existing client relationships organically.
• Collaboration: Thrive in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Opportunity Identification: Proactively find new opportunities within current accounts.
• Communication: Manage day-to-day client engagement, troubleshooting as needed, and providing strategic direction.
• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to steer discussions with team members and C-suite clients.
• Growth Role: Play an integral role in driving growth through relationship building.

£45-£50K + benefits
