Senior Digital Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join a leading independent branding agency in London.
This is a key creative role within a multidisciplinary team, where you’ll help shape and deliver exceptional digital experiences across UX, UI, websites and brand-led digital products.
You’ll play a leading role in the creative execution of projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with strategists, brand designers, copywriters and developers to create work that is both beautifully crafted and strategically sound.

We’re looking for someone who is confident owning projects, comfortable presenting ideas, and excited by the opportunity to help elevate the standard of digital design across the studio.
This is a hands-on role where curiosity, craft and speed of thinking are essential. You’ll be expected to explore ideas, prototype rapidly, refine your work, and bring digital experiences to life with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of websites and digital experiences from concept through to delivery
• Translate brand strategy into engaging digital products and interfaces
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs
• Develop scalable design systems that support long-term growth
• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, developers and project managers
• Work with developers to ensure design quality is maintained through build
• Present work confidently, clearly articulating design decisions and rationale
• Explore interaction, motion and animation to enhance digital experiences
• Prototype ideas quickly using modern tools and AI-enabled workflows where appropriate
• Help shape and evolve digital design standards within the studio
• Mentor and support junior designers through feedback and collaboration
• Stay curious and up to date with emerging technologies and design trends

About You

• 6+ years’ experience in digital design, UX/UI or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work across web and/or product
• Excellent understanding of UX principles and user-centred design
• Highly proficient in Figma and modern design workflows
• Confident working across both strategy and execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions to clients and stakeholders
• Passionate about craft, detail and creating meaningful digital experiences
• Interested in emerging tools, technology and AI-assisted design workflows
• Collaborative, proactive and eager to contribute to team culture
