We’re partnering with an award winning independent creative agency looking to hire a Senior Digital Designer to join their growing London team.
This is a key hire for the business and an opportunity to play a leading role in shaping ambitious digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients. We’re looking for a digitally led designer who thrives on creating beautifully crafted experiences across web, mobile and digital platforms, combining creative excellence with strategic thinking and a strong understanding of user experience.
You’ll work alongside strategists, creatives, developers and client teams to deliver work that pushes beyond expected digital solutions, helping shape projects from early concept through to final delivery.
The Role
As Senior Digital Designer, you’ll lead the design development of digital projects from concept through to implementation.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging user experiences, designing intuitive interfaces and helping shape digital products that are both strategically considered and visually compelling.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands on in the work, contributing ideas, challenging thinking and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Creating wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity designs across web and digital platforms
– Designing user experiences and interfaces from concept through to developer handover
– Translating strategic thinking and user requirements into intuitive digital experiences
– Collaborating with designers, strategists, developers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle
– Contributing to creative workshops, brainstorming sessions and concept development
– Building and presenting design systems and digital solutions to clients with confidence
– Ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
– Exploring motion and interactive elements to bring digital experiences to life
– Supporting the development of innovative approaches to digital design and emerging technologies
What We’re Looking For
– Around 6+ years’ experience within digital, UX/UI or product design environments
– Strong portfolio showcasing digital experiences, websites, platforms or products
– Excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of typography, layout and digital craft
– Strong knowledge of UX principles, interaction design and user centred methodologies
– Advanced Figma skills and experience building scalable design systems
– Experience designing responsive digital experiences across desktop and mobile
– Motion design capabilities and an understanding of how animation enhances user experience
– Comfortable working with developers and understanding technical constraints
– Strong communication and presentation skills
– Naturally curious with a passion for experimentation, innovation and emerging technologies
– Experience using AI driven tools and rapid prototyping platforms is highly desirable
Nice To Have
– Coding knowledge or experience collaborating closely with front end teams
– Illustration, animation or additional creative disciplines
– Experience working within branding, digital agency or creative consultancy environments
– Interest in the strategic side of design and brand building
What’s On Offer
