We are partnering with a brand consultancy based in London and they’re currently seeking a Senior Designer to join their growing team.

This creative team is driven by insight, strategy, and imagination, and is expanding its skill set across a variety of disciplines, including brand identity, naming, motion design, digital design, animation, copywriting, advertising, and data visualisation, among others.

They work across diverse sectors, such as retail, luxury, technology, hospitality, property, education, and financial services, partnering with a wide range of clients, from ambitious start-ups to renowned global brands.

As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding junior and mid-level creatives, while demonstrating best practices in design.

Role Overview:

  • The consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and curious Graphic Designer to join their team. If you are someone passionate about exploring new challenges, understanding customer insights, and translating these into creative solutions, this is the opportunity for you.
  • You will report to the Associate Creative Director and collaborate with a global team of designers, animators, and strategists across multiple locations. Additionally, you will contribute your expertise to support both the Innovation and Advertising teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will be an ambitious designer ready to take on additional responsibilities, including managing interns and junior designers, overseeing multiple projects, presenting to clients and internal teams, and solving problems creatively and strategically.
  • The role requires at least 5 years of experience in a commercial design studio, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft logos, explore typefaces, and generate big ideas for brand development.
  • You should be comfortable working across various platforms, including print, digital, and spatial design.
  • Although motion design experience is not a requirement, a broader understanding of how brands come to life beyond 2D is valued.
