Salary around £40,000

We’re working with a fast-growing consumer brand that’s in the middle of a big creative shift. They’ve got an exciting rebrand going live next year and need a brilliant Senior Designer to help bring it to life. The creative team’s growing, the work’s varied, and there’s loads of room to get stuck in and shape things.

What the role looks like
You’ll be the go-to between the Creative Lead and the rest of the design team. Someone who can take ownership of briefs, support the team, and push creative forward across all sorts of projects – from digital and social to retail and brand campaigns. If you’ve got motion or video editing skills too, even better.

You’ll be doing things like:

• Designing digital assets – PDPs, banners, emails, social etc
• Creating campaign work for retail and online channels
• Supporting with art direction on photoshoots
• Jumping in on video content and edits.
• Helping shape and mentor junior team members
• Working in Figma, XD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Keeping things bold, bright, fun and full of personality

What we’re looking for

• Around 5–6 years of design experience
• Ideally you’ve worked in-house before, but agency experience works too
• Comfortable working at pace and juggling multiple projects
• A portfolio full of smart, playful, well-crafted work
• Someone who enjoys collaborating and pushing things forward
