Senior Client Manager – Enterprise

This leading global design and branding agency, who partner with key industry leaders across lifestyle, tech, finance & alcohol, are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join on a high profile, telecomms/ financial account.

In this role, you’ll work independently to run multiple programmes of work, supporting upstream to your senior counterparts and taking accountability for the delivery of multichannel campaigns.

• As SCM, you’ll be responsible for scoping, planning and tracking branding led projects, as the primary point of contact for your clients
• Internally, you’ll support your peers across new business initiatives
• Day to day, you will own all project related administration [budget documents, resource plans, reporting, etc]
• As Senior Client Manager, you’ll have a strong steer on the commercials of your clients account; able to provide accurate updates and reports throughout the lifecycle of a project
• You’ll be constantly working to nurture and grow relationships, able to identify opportunity for growth
• You’ll collaborate with your peers internally across strategy, creative, finance & operations

To be successful in this role, you’ll need prior experience working within a design and branding agency, ideally across financial / telecomms clients [or adjacent, i.e., professional services] comfortable working at the mid- senior level.
