• The ideal candidate will bring previous agency experience and a proven track record of working closely with agency founders to drive strategic growth. They will have demonstrated success in building and maintaining growing client relationships, with experience managing and growing large accounts.
• Working directly with the founder, this is their first Client Servises role and will demand someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is genuinely passionate about growing a thriving agency.
• The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to forecast and manage commercial growth while scaling creative teams and maintaining creative excellence.
• Experience in new business development is essential, as is the strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• The role requires someone who can balance commercial acumen with creative understanding, and who is energized by the prospect of playing a pivotal role in an agency’s expansion journey.
