Senior Brand Designer 

12month FTC | Full Time

We’re partnering with a highly respected creative studio that’s looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Designer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly conceptual designer who loves building brands from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping creative direction across a diverse range of branding projects, working closely with the Creative Director to develop bold ideas, craft beautifully considered design and create work that genuinely makes an impact.

Although the role is fully remote, you’ll have the opportunity to travel occasionally to meet clients across Europe for workshops, presentations and key project milestones, giving you the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote working with the chance to build meaningful client relationships in person.

The Role

You’ll lead branding projects from concept through to delivery, creating distinctive identities, visual systems and campaigns for an exciting mix of clients.

This is a hands on design role where you’ll challenge briefs, explore strategic thinking and produce beautifully crafted creative work. You’ll also collaborate closely with the wider creative team, helping to mentor more junior designers while contributing to a culture of curiosity, collaboration and creative excellence.

You’ll become a trusted creative partner to clients, confidently presenting ideas and helping guide projects from initial thinking through to final delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead branding and visual identity projects from concept through to delivery.
• Create bold, strategic brand identities, visual systems and campaigns.
• Work closely with the Creative Director and wider creative team to develop exceptional creative solutions.
• Present creative work and build strong, lasting client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior designers, sharing knowledge and helping to raise the creative standard across the team.
• Contribute to pitches, workshops and new business opportunities.
• Champion exceptional craft, contemporary design thinking and creative innovation.

About You

You’ll have several years’ experience working within a leading branding or creative agency, with an outstanding portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, beautifully crafted design and, most importantly, strong branding systems and comprehensive creative guidelines. You’ll be able to demonstrate how you’ve built brands that work consistently across multiple touchpoints, creating identity systems that are both visually distinctive and commercially effective.

We’re looking for someone who also brings:

• A strong background in branding and visual identity.
• Proven experience creating scalable brand systems and detailed creative guidelines.
• Experience leading projects and presenting directly to clients.
• Excellent typography, layout and art direction skills.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for design.
• The confidence to own projects while working closely with a wider team.
• A desire to continue learning, developing and pushing creative boundaries.
