Senior Art Director
Central London Studio – 5 days in the Studio
We are working with a well known fashion brand who are restructuring their in house studio team. They are hiring a Senior Art Director to take full ownership of online product photography and raise the overall standard of imagery across site and email.
This is a fast paced, delivery focused studio environment. They need someone confident, decisive and able to lead from the front.
The Role
You will lead daily product shoots and take full responsibility for photography direction, lighting and final image selection.
Key responsibilities include:
– Directing product photography in a busy in house studio
– Leading lighting direction and evolving seasonal approaches
– Managing 2 photographers and 1 makeup artist
– Working closely with stylists to ensure product is presented at its best
– Selecting final images for online use with full accountability
– Creating clear visual references to continually improve output
– Monitoring industry standards to ensure the brand remains competitive
This role requires pace, resilience and sharp decision making. High standards and consistency are essential.
About You
Strong experience in online product photography is essential.

– Calm and decisive under pressure
– Detail focused with a strong eye for image selection
– Commercially aware and focused on driving results
– Comfortable working at pace and managing expectations
– Resilient and confident working with multiple stakeholders
A background in styling would be beneficial but not essential.
