This agency meets at the intersection of technology and design, creating engaging concepts for their clients across the tech, fashion, beauty and retail categories. You’ll join a leading client services team who are focused on growth, success and partnership. Working hand in hand with a dedicated team of Project Managers, you’ll focus upstream with your clients, thinking of the big picture, future growth prospects and embedding them fully within the business.
In this role, you can expect to;
- Take ownership over key clients, alleviating your hands on CSD to ensure the day-to-day management of clients is fully cared for
- You’ll know how to embed yourself into your clients business, asking the right questions, doing your research and being an ambassador for your agency, you’ll be able to intelligently identify opportunities for growth
- Client service excellence is the heartland of this role; you’ll work with your PM’s to ensure that the delivery of creative is on brief, but will focus purely on the standard of service throughout the process
- Leading by example, you’ll have the business acumen to focus on account pipelines, taking financial ownership and feeding this internally to your directors
To be considered, you’ll need;
- To sit firmly and confidently at the SAM level, ideally edging towards AD, able to hit the ground running and be confident in leading accounts from the get-go
- Unbeatable communication skills with the business savviness to proactively pursue and grow accounts

- Ideally, you will have worked within retail design or brand experience previously with a strong understanding of the sector
