Overview

We’re working with a creative and experiential agency who are looking for a Senior 3D Designer to support on a busy tech client account.

This role is suited to someone who can create beautiful, polished renderings, but who can also think more holistically about environmental design. The agency needs someone who can look at a space, understand how it should be laid out, develop concepts, and bring ideas to the table, rather than simply rendering existing creative.

The work is less conference-led and more focused on environments, activations and brand experiences. You’ll be helping translate brand ideas into physical spaces, thinking about how people move through an environment, how the design supports the wider experience, and how to bring a strong visual point of view to the work.

The pace is fast, so personality and working style are important. They are looking for someone dependable, collaborative, kind and ego-free, with a strong work ethic and pride in delivering high-quality work on time.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality 3D visuals and renderings for environments, activations and brand experiences.
• Think holistically about spatial design, layout, flow and how people move through a space.
• Develop concepts and bring ideas to the table, rather than only visualising existing creative.
• Work closely with creative, design, strategy and production teams to shape experiential work.
• Translate brand ideas into thoughtful, visually engaging physical environments.
• Support fast-moving project needs, jumping in where needed across concept, design development and visualisation.
• Deliver polished work to deadline while maintaining a strong level of craft and attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong 3D design experience across experiential, environmental, activation or brand experience work.
• A portfolio showing polished renderings, strong spatial thinking and a clear visual point of view.
• The ability to think beyond visuals, considering layout, audience journey, functionality and overall experience.
• Confidence developing ideas and contributing creatively, not just executing against existing direction.
• Experience working with creative agencies, experiential studios or brand-led environments.
• A dependable, collaborative and ego-free approach.
• Strong work ethic, flexibility and the ability to keep pace with fast-moving projects.
