Senior 3D Designer

The Role:

They’re looking for a Senior Exhibition & Experiential Designer who lives and breathes creative 3D design. Someone who can turn bold ideas into stunning environments — blending artistry, storytelling, and strategy.

You’ll work closely with their Creative Director, internal team, and trusted freelancers to lead the design of innovative, world-class 3D spaces that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of compelling 3D environments and brand experiences.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of creatives, account managers, and makers.
• Translate strategic insights into bold, imaginative concepts.
• Present your ideas and designs confidently to clients.
• Mentor and inspire junior designers.
• Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and cultural shifts.

About You:

You’re a passionate designer with proven experience in exhibition, experiential, or event design, and you have a portfolio that makes people stop and stare.

You’ll bring:

• Strong skills in 3D visualisation and design software.
• Bonus points for CAD proficiency (not essential).
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects a plus).
• Leadership experience – you’ve guided and mentored others.
• A sharp eye for detail, innovation, and storytelling through space.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver under pressure.
• A genuine curiosity about design, culture, and innovation.
• Ideally, a degree in Interior or 3D Design (highly desirable).
