Resource Manager

A buzzing studio who works with both start up challenger brands, and iconic established names, are looking for a permanent Resource Manager to join. You’ll step into this role with a fresh pair of eyes, able to implement new resourcing systems that improve the studio efficiency.

As Resource Manager, you can expect to…

• Collaborate with everyone in the business, able to identify and prioritise project needs and allocate resource effectively
• Respond reactively to last minute freelance needs, having your own trusted network of contacts ready to call!
• Add some shape and rigour to the way the studio manage resource, i.e., implementing a new system which will allow the team to access schedules and allocation tracking easily
• Run weekly resource meetings to identify which teams require what skills and when, ensuring all live and future projects are assigned and resourced
• Monitor freelance spend and strategically navigate ways to minimise overspend
