Recruitment Consultant – Design – Branding & Design agencies

Role Description:

We are looking to hire a superstar Recruitment Consultant or Lead Recruiter with an abundance of love for recruiting Design Directors and Designers for some of the best branding and design agencies in the London market.

We are looking for a hungry and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us on the design team. This role will include taking over a very warm desk of clients and roles but will require the skillset to grow existing clients and win new business. You will be driven by building relationships and understanding how we can add value and support the growth of your clients business. Equally you will love uncovering some of the best talent in the market, attracting passive candidates and managing the full interview process to ensure that we secure dream roles for our candidates and the perfect hire for our clients.

Curiosity is key in the world of recruitment, as is a desire to build long term relationships and deliver an absolutely amazing service time and time again. You will get to work alongside some of the best consultants in this space, whom are truly collaborative and absolutley lovely people.

As a business we are on a mission to be the leading recruitment agency across the design space for both London and the US having successfully launched in the US last year.

This will be a full-time hybrid role based in our Shoreditch office 3 days a week with 2 days at home.

Must haves:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Recruitment experience directly within design across branding and design 
• Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
