We’re working hand in hand with a boutique creative agency, who specialise in the luxury lifestyle sectors, as they look to onboard a Mid Weight Project Manager into their team. Working in a lean, agile team, you’ll be hands on in leading all day to day project management, whilst working closely with clients to further strengthen partnerships.
This agency is small but mighty, and work on a global scale to deliver strategy, creative direction and production. You’ll need to be comfortable spinning lots of plates, working with a wide network of freelancers, as well as internally supporting your two agency directors and designer.
This role calls for a talented Project Manager who is an organisational whizz; you’ll be one step ahead of the team when it comes to project planning, always have your eye on budgets all the whilst being a steady hand for your clients throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be hands on from taking the initial client brief alongside your Directors, through to scoping timing plans, budgets, resource plans, and mapping out production schedules alongside freelance Producers; you’ll be working on everything from planning global shoots for high end luxury retailers, through to working alongside strategists on a new brand positioning.
Pace is everything here; you’ll need to be comfortable working in a very small team, ready to take ownership and embed into the agency. The possibilities are huge for the right person – you’ll be tenacious, organised to a tee, have a strong commercial mindset whilst also being able to rally the troops internally and champion the creative from brief to delivery.
