A fast growing content agency creating strategic social and video for leading lifestyle and consumer brands is looking for a Pipeline Manager to help power their internal sales engine.
This Pipeline Manager role sits at the centre of the business development function, ensuring the sales pipeline runs smoothly, outreach campaigns stay active, and every opportunity moves forward.

The Opportunity
As Pipeline Manager, you will own the sales pipeline end-to-end. You will ensure opportunities are clearly tracked, follow-ups are actioned and qualified meetings are consistently generated.
You will work closely with senior leadership and account managers to keep the sales engine moving through structured CRM management, outreach campaigns and clear reporting.
You will also support sales enablement by building a simple content library of case studies, proof points and materials that help the team convert conversations into revenue.
This is a role with real ownership where you will improve processes, strengthen outreach strategy and make a visible impact on growth.
About You
You may come from Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, RevOps or Business Development Operations.
You likely have:
• Strong CRM experience such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Close
• Experience managing outreach campaigns across LinkedIn and email
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and holding teams accountable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and structured thinking
