Motion Graphic Designer

Mid-weight Motion Designer – London, England – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 WFH) – Perm position 

Introduction

We are working with an award winning independent Creative Design Agency who are looking for a Midweight Motion Designer to join their team!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning, multidisciplinary studio made up of strategists, designers, writers, and digital specialists—working together to create high-impact work across branding, campaigns, and content.

The role

• Creating motion graphics, animation, and video content across a range of projects including social-first content and long-form video
• Collaborating with designers, strategists, and other creatives on concept development through to delivery
• Contributing ideas in brainstorms and helping shape creative directions
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment

About you

• A strong conceptual thinker with solid creative and design foundations
• Experience working with motion design systems
• Someone who is confident across typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling
• Someone who is proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Someone who has the ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail
• A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating and presenting ideas
• Experience with AI tools would be a bonus
