Mid-weight Product Designer – 18-month FTC
Up to £63,500 | London (3 days onsite)
A leading banking group is looking for a mid-weight Product Designer to create high-quality, user-centred digital products across customer, partner, and colleague journeys.
You’ll work within cross-functional teams, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, collaborating closely with senior designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Experience in banking or financial services would be ideal.
What you’ll do
Design intuitive web and mobile experiences from concept to delivery
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Contribute to service design, research, and co-design activities
Apply and evolve the design system and accessibility standards
What you’ll bring
Proven experience designing digital products in a commercial environment
Strong skills in Figma and related design tools
Experience working with design systems and engineering teams
Solid understanding of user-centred design and accessibility (WCAG)
