We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join an award-winning, tech-led brand and design agency and help build its internal marketing function.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior or mid-weight marketer who is ready to take the next step, whether you come from a creative agency, digital marketing environment or professional services background. Working across complex B2B sectors including technology, SaaS, fintech, mobility and energy, you’ll help turn specialist expertise into compelling content, stronger visibility and meaningful commercial opportunities.
The Opportunity
- You’ll become embedded in the business, working closely with senior leadership to support and shape an always-on marketing function.
- From content and thought leadership to social media, PR, digital marketing, CRM and sales enablement, you’ll gain exposure across the full marketing mix. You’ll help deliver quarterly marketing plans, write and edit content, coordinate campaigns and support the development of more effective lead capture and nurture activity.
- This is a role with real scope to learn, upskill and take on more ownership as you grow. You’ll be trusted to bring ideas, develop your skills and increasingly shape how the agency markets itself.
About You
- You might come from a creative agency, digital marketing or professional services environment and be looking for a role where you can build breadth and accelerate your development. A marketing degree would also be beneficial.
- You’ll be a strong communicator with a genuine interest in content, brand and digital marketing. Experience with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEO, Canva or AI tools would be useful, but a proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important.
What’s In It for You
- Full-time, permanent opportunity
- £32,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
- Central London studio with hybrid working
- Two office days, including Tuesday as the team anchor day
- The opportunity to build your skills across a broad marketing remit
- Close exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making
- Real ownership and progression as the role develops
