Job Summary:

As an Integrated Producer, you will be pivotal in building and leading a production team, managing all phases of video content creation, and working with both internal teams and high-profile external partners.

Your expertise will shape how filming and production are executed, overseeing content strategy, managing shoots, and ensuring the delivery of world-class video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of video production projects, managing talent and production resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage a pipeline of external talent, including celebrities, doctors, and lived-experience individuals.
  • Oversee all aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring seamless content delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and team coordination for filming days across the month.
  • Build strong partnerships with both internal creative teams and external partners, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Lead a team of videographers and producers, occasionally sourcing freelance talent when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management or production management within content creation/filming.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and the capability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and energetic approach to leadership.
  • Strong communication skills for managing internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the agency environment and mentality.
