The Opportunity

Role Purpose

As Head of Visual Merchandising, you will lead the execution of the visual merchandising strategy across a global store network and brand events, including pop-ups and key activations. Working closely with Marketing, PR and Retail teams, you will ensure every physical touchpoint delivers a consistent, elevated and commercially impactful customer journey.

Impact

Your work will directly influence how customers experience one of the most respected names in luxury sustainable fashion. From store windows to event environments, you will set the standard for visual excellence and help connect audiences with the brand’s values in a meaningful and memorable way.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • A strong background in visual merchandising within luxury fashion, with hands-on experience across both retail stores and events or brand activations
  • A sharp creative vision and an exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics and brand storytelling
  • Proven ability to translate global brand direction into consistent, inspiring in-store and event experiences
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at senior level
  • A good understanding of EMEA cross-cultural market dynamics
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to hold multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to connect VM decisions to performance outcomes
  • Flexibility to travel as required
