Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building strong corporate client relationships and driving transformative brand and business strategies? We’re seeking a Business & Engagement Director to oversee key accounts, lead major client initiatives, and drive commercial growth during a maternity cover period.

The Role:

As a Business & Engagement Director, you will take ownership of key corporate client relationships, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-profile projects while identifying opportunities for long-term business growth. Leading a team of client service  you will play a pivotal role in balancing commercial objectives with innovative thinking to drive success.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Leadership – Build and manage senior-level corporate client relationships, particularly at CMO and C-suite level, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Strategic Planning – Drive the direction of client projects, aligning their business goals with creative and commercial strategies.
• Business Growth – Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and lead new business initiatives, including high-value pitches.
• Financial & Commercial Management – Oversee budgets, contract negotiations, and revenue forecasting across multiple accounts.
• Team Leadership – Mentor and guide the engagement team, ensuring high performance and strong collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading corporate client partnerships in a brand, strategy, or creative consultancy.
• A strong commercial mindset, with expertise in managing budgets, contracts, and business growth strategies.
• Confidence in leading strategic conversations and presenting at the highest level.
• A leadership approach that fosters collaboration and strengthens client relationships.
