Employee Relations Manager – Freelance

We’re working with a leading retail brand, who are seeking an experienced Change & Transformation Specialist to design and execute programs that support EMployee Relations. 

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Provide expert guidance on redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers, and restructures
• Ensure legal compliance while maintaining colleague morale during transitions
• Represent the company during collective consultations
• Build leader capability through training and development
• Drive continuous improvement of HR policies and practices

The ideal candidate brings proven experience and essential qualities to succeed in this role:

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Track record of supporting managers through significant organizational change
• Ability to balance legal requirements with business needs
• Project management expertise with multiple initiatives
• Professional demeanor characterized by trust and integrity
