We are looking for a Digital Designer to support the flagship loyalty experience of a leading fashion brand.
This loyalty programme sits at the heart of the business and is fast becoming its most important customer touchpoint.
Every design decision centres around loyal customers — how it looks, how it feels, how it performs.

The Opportunity
As Digital Designer, you’ll own the digital creative across digital, web and email.
You’ll design weekly loyalty emails (working from templates but continually improving them), refine UI elements across the app, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure what’s imagined can be delivered.
This role blends digital design, User interface thinking and branding — balancing creativity with usability and accessibility.

This is a 12-month maternity cover, starting end of March / mid April, with handover built in.
