Design Director – Creative Marketing Agency

We are working with a creative marketing agency and they’re looking for a Design Director to oversee its talented design team and drive outstanding creative outcomes.

With a team of 60+ professionals, the agency offers a collaborative, inclusive, and ambitious workplace committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Design Director will play a strategic role in shaping the creative direction of the agency’s work.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the design team to deliver innovative, impactful campaigns.
• Ensuring creative consistency and excellence across all projects.
• Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Driving the development of team members through mentorship and feedback.
• Overseeing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

You:

• Have extensive experience in a senior creative role within a design or marketing agency.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire the team.
• Exhibit a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Be proficient in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Preferred but not required: familiarity with the property sector or motion-related work.
