Creative Director (12 Month FTC) – Leading global accessories brand

Shape the direction of a world leading accessories brand

Do you have a passion for elegant design and the ability to create stunning 360 creative campaigns? A globally recognised lifestyle label that empowers self-expression through collectible, personal accessories, are looking to hire a Creative Brand Director to join them in Copenhagen headquarters for a 1 year FTC with the potential to go permanent.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead the creative vision across all brand touchpoints while working closely with the VP of Brand Creative (who is absolutley brilliant), the in-house creative team, and cross-functional teams. You’ll oversee a team of creative professionals (20 direct & indirect reports) whilst driving 360° digital first campaigns for global markets. This is a really exciting period of growth and brand evolution and and opportunity to be part of a really pivotal moment for the brand.

Key responsibilities as a Creative Director

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, new collections, and brand moments
  • Liaise with external agencies on larger global campaigns  
  • Lead art direction for photoshoots and campaign rollouts
  • Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all platforms
  • Manage and mentor a team of Art Directors, Copywriters, and Designers
  • Guide creative strategy for digital-first campaigns across social platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, E-commerce, and PR

What you will bring:

  • 10+ Experience in Art Direction and design across the fashion, accessories or luxury sectors
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing creative teams
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to pitch concepts to stakeholders
  • Solid grasp of design history, visual arts, and current trends
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in a Danish work culture

Package & reolcation details:

  • Based in Copenhagen with hybrid working model
  • Competitive salary, equivalent to £90-115k plus bonus
  • Monthly stipend which can be used towards housing and car allowance
  • Relocation support including flights and initial accommodation
  • Start date: May/June
