Creative Account Manager – Branding & Marketing Agency

Calling all Account Managers!

We’re excited to partner with a Branding, Design, and Marketing agency known for their creative expertise in Brand Strategy, Visual Identity, and both Print and Digital Design. They craft custom Marketing campaigns for clients across various industries and are currently looking to add an Account Manager to support their growing team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of client accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly from briefing to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Designers, Writers, and Strategists to produce creative, high-impact campaigns.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Present creative ideas and project updates to clients, gathering feedback and aligning on key objectives.
• Support new business initiatives by contributing to pitches and proposals for prospective clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Account Management experience within a Creative or Marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and client relationships effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to Project Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative team player, eager to work closely with Creatives across multiple disciplines.

The Details:

• Location: London (SE1)
• Contract: Permanent, Onsite
• Salary: £35K
