Conceptual Creative Digital Designer – London, Hybrid – up to £43k, Permanent (Fashion/Ecommerce experience essential)

Are you a Conceptual Digital Designer with a passion for ecommerce and fashion?

We’re partnering with a fast-paced global fashion brand looking for a Digital Designer to join their creative team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with around three years’ experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing campaigns to life across digital platforms.

Working across ecommerce, CRM and social media, this Digital Designer role sits within a busy creative team delivering compelling digital campaigns from concept through to launch.

The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll work on a wide variety of campaigns, from initial concept through to the delivery of online launches across multiple digital channels.

You’ll design assets for email, website, organic and paid social campaigns, ensuring all work is aligned with seasonal brand guidelines and delivers a strong, cohesive visual story. This is a role where creativity and initiative are valued. You’ll be encouraged to explore new ideas, keep up with digital design trends and contribute to innovative, retail-focused creative campaigns.

Working closely with the Creative Design Manager and wider creative team, you’ll help develop campaign concepts, creative toolkits and day-to-day design projects, contributing innovative ideas for layouts, typography, animation and web functionality. You’ll also present your design work internally, confidently discussing creative routes with the team and senior stakeholders while collaborating closely with UX/UI, development and marketing teams to bring projects to life.

About You

We’re looking for a creative and organised Digital Designer who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll likely have:

  • Around 3+ years’ experience as a Digital Designer, ideally within fashion or ecommerce

  • Strong experience designing for digital campaigns and omnichannel environments

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Strong working experience with Figma

  • A solid understanding of the design process from concept through to build and launch

Bonus skills:

  • Experience using After Effects or creating motion/animated content.
