Client Services Director – Luxury Fashion/Lifestyle/Sports

This culturally charged studio, based both in London and Berlin, is looking for a dedicated Client Services Director, who has deep roots within the lifestyle/fashion/sports space.

This studio will consider either London based candidates, or those already in Berlin. If based in London, you’ll benefit from remote working and occasional travel to the team in Berlin [whilst working closely with two partners here in London] If Berlin based, you’ll enjoy 3 days a week in the studio.

Working across both the London and Berlin studio, you’ll;

• Lead, develop and mentor the client services team, championing excellence and leading by best practice
• Be the senior point of contact and esculation for clients, strategically advising them throughout the creative process, your studio’s offering and developing trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
• Oversee project timeframes, budgets and scopes to ensure all work is on track for a timely, on brief delivery
• Be commercially focused, able to identify and target business growth opportunities which lead to measurable ROI
• Work closely with the entire studio, particularly two partners who are based here in London and the wider senior leadership team

To be considered, you’ll need;

• Experience operating at the senior level within client services – ideally at the CSD level currently or on the edge of stepping up
• Unbeatable leadership skills and a proven history of shaping, mentoring and investing in a team
• The ability to work across multiple markets on high profile, premium brands – a passion and/or experience within the lifestyle/sports/fashion space is imperative
