Overview
We’re partnering with a full-service creative studio working across brand, campaign, content, digital, and experiential for clients in fashion, lifestyle and hospitality.
They’re looking for a Chief Creative Officer with a strong background in experiential to lead creative direction, drive new business, and scale the studio’s output and team.
This is a senior leadership role combining creative vision, commercial impact, and operational oversight.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead creative vision across all outputs, ensuring work is culturally relevant and executed to a high standard.
- Drive new business, leading major pitches and turning creative ideas into commercially viable solutions.
- Partner with leadership to align creative direction with business strategy and growth.
- Oversee delivery end-to-end, maintaining quality, timelines, and budget control.
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team, mentoring senior creatives and building a high-performance culture.
- Own senior client relationships, presenting work and guiding strategic conversations.
- Improve creative operations, refining workflows, resourcing, and delivery efficiency.
- Stay ahead of trends, bringing new thinking, tools, and approaches into the studio.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in senior creative leadership roles within agencies or studios.
- Strong experience across experiential and campaigns.
- Proven track record of winning and delivering high-value work.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality, culturally relevant creative output.
- Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence business growth.
- Confident communicator and presenter at senior client level.
Bonus Experience
- Experience across both brand and experience-led work.
- Exposure to digital innovation, emerging tech, or immersive environments.
- International or globally scaled campaign experience.
