Location: East London (Hybrid – 3 days in the studio, 2 days remote)

Contract Type: Fixed-term or Freelance  – March Start.

Salary: Circa £90K 

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for brand, retail, and experience design? We’re looking for an exceptional Business Director to join a top-tier creative agency on a maternity cover contract.

The Role:

As Business Director, you will take the helm of key client relationships, ensuring outstanding delivery and commercial growth across an exciting portfolio. You’ll lead a talented Client Services team of 3, fostering a high-performing culture while driving strategic initiatives that elevate both the agency and its clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Account Leadership – Own and expand key client relationships, driving long-term success.
• Team Management – Inspire and develop the Client Services team, ensuring high standards and career growth.
• Business Growth – Identify opportunities to enhance client partnerships and contribute to new business efforts.
• Financial Oversight – Manage account forecasting, budgets, and revenue targets effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a client services role within brand, retail, or experience design.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to engage clients at the highest level.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
