A longstanding and highly regarded brand and marketing agency, who specialise in property marketing, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
The creative agency is looking for a mid-senior level new business expert to help build up the business output!
What’s the role?
As part of the marketing department, you will work directly with the founder, as well as the marketing and communications team across:
– Building key customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
– Present to new clients and ultimately convert them into clients
– Continue to grow the business with strategic goals
– Submit and manage monthly progress reports
– Database and CRM Management
– Creation of pitch presentations to prospect clients
– Competitor research
– Networking and attending industry functions
Who is their ideal candidate?
Their ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within a property or creative industry. You will have a passion and interest in design & marketing and will be keen to join an agency who is eager to expand!
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised and comfortable working with leading professionals within the industry.
