Are you an Associate Director, Creative Operations who loves bringing structure to fast-moving creative teams? We’re partnering with a globally recognised experiential agency to find an operational leader who can optimise creative delivery, build scalable processes and ensure teams have everything they need to produce exceptional work. Working across luxury, fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how a growing global studio operates.
Reporting to the VP of Brand & Strategy, you’ll lead the operational performance of the Creative Studio, balancing strategic resource planning with continuous process improvement. Around 70% of the role focuses on managing creative resource across 50 to 60 live global projects, leading planning through Float, forecasting future demand and supporting teams across the UK and US. The remaining 30% is dedicated to improving workflows, strengthening operational processes and creating smarter ways of working across the studio. You’ll work closely with Creative, Production and Finance leadership while helping build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
You’ll come from a creative agency, design studio or experiential environment and enjoy creating clarity within busy, fast-paced teams. You’ll have experience with resource planning, creative operations, workflow optimisation and stakeholder management, with confidence working across departments and supporting commercial decision making. Experience with Float, Monday.com or similar resource management tools would be highly beneficial, alongside exceptional organisation, communication and relationship-building skills.
