We’re working with a globally recognised creative studio operating at the intersection of culture, design, and storytelling — known for delivering bold, experiential work for forward-thinking brands.
They’re now looking for an Associate Creative Director (Experiential) to join their New York team — a hands-on creative leader who can both concept and execute, bringing ideas to life through immersive environments and spatial design.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that blends big-picture thinking with tangible execution, shaping standout experiences across brand, campaign, and cultural moments.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering creative output across the studio:
- Lead the ideation and development of experiential concepts and campaigns
- Translate ideas into spatial environments through 3D design and visualisation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across creative, design, and production
- Guide projects from concept through to execution, ensuring creative integrity throughout
- Support new business efforts, including pitches and presentations
- Build strong relationships with clients, presenting work with clarity and confidence
- Contribute to the studio’s evolving creative direction and culture
- Mentor and support the development of junior creative talent
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a creative agency environment, with a focus on experiential and spatial design
- Strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and hands-on 3D execution
- Ability to lead creative work while remaining deeply involved in design delivery
- Confidence presenting ideas and engaging directly with clients
- Experience collaborating across disciplines, including strategy, production, and architecture
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong leadership instincts
Your Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in 3D design tools (e.g. Rhino, Enscape or similar)
- Strong understanding of experiential environments, installations, and brand activations
- Knowledge of production processes across both physical and digital outputs
- High level of craft across art direction and spatial storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Experience (Not Essential)
- Experience working on global brand campaigns or cultural activations
- Background in architecture, environmental design, or immersive experience design
- Exposure to integrated campaigns across physical and digital touchpoints
