Creative Artworker (Retail)

Location: 3 days in studio / 2 days WFH (5 days per week, full-time, permanent)

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

We’re looking for an experienced Midweight to Early Senior Creative Artworker to join our fast-paced creative studio on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a non-negotiable hybrid role: 5 days per week, with 3 days in the studio and 2 days working from home.

The Role:

You’ll be joining a busy creative agency environment where high volume and quick turnarounds are the norm. We need someone who thrives under pressure, has exceptional attention to detail, and brings strong retail artwork experience to the table.

Retail artwork expertise is absolutely essential – you’ll be confident delivering accurate, press-ready files and adapting creative across multiple formats and environments. Just as importantly, you’ll be a strong cultural fit for the studio: collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple departments and projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalise artwork for print, digital and social media platforms in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters and marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative assets
  • Ensure visual consistency across campaign rollouts, in-store signage and all customer touchpoints
  • Prepare files for print production, including retouching, formatting and proofing
  • Maintain organised asset libraries and strict version control across projects

About You

  • Proven experience in a creative agency environment (non-negotiable)
  • Strong background producing artwork for retail clients
  • Comfortable working at pace with high volumes and tight deadlines
  • Excellent working knowledge of print production processes
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experienced at midweight level or stepping into early senior

If you’re a detail-driven creative artworker with strong retail experience and you’re looking to step into a busy, supportive studio environment, we’d love to hear from you. Email Kathryn@tomorrowlondon.co.uk
