Account Manager – 10 Month FTC, Amsterdam Based

This global creative studio working with ambitious start-ups and leading global brands across FMCG, hospitality, wellness and technology are looking for an Account Manager to join their Amsterdam studio on a 10-month maternity cover contract (January–October 2026).

Applicants must be based in Amsterdam with full working rights in the Netherlands.

About the role

You’ll lead day-to-day client relationships and help deliver exceptional creative work from concept to execution. Working closely with the Creative and Associate Directors, you’ll manage projects across multiple disciplines while ensuring work stays on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard.

What you’ll do

• Lead client relationships across multiple projects
• Manage creative workstreams with designers, strategists and creatives
• Own project commercials, including budgets, forecasting and reporting
• Report weekly on revenue, pipeline and opportunities

About you

• Experience in client services or project management within a creative agency
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills and confidence managing multiple projects
• A genuine passion for design and creative work
• Commercially minded and comfortable managing budgets
• A collaborative team player
• Able to work from the Amsterdam studio at least three days per week

Working knowledge of: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Slack.
