You’ll need to be highly skilled within social delivery, able to juggle multiple complex workstreams and be ready to dive straight in.

  • This Account Director will take the helm of a key insurance client; but don’t be fooled, the work is creative, boundary pushing and truly cutting edge. You’ll need to know how to lead a top-level client through the process, whilst nurturing the relationship, continuing to add value from a strategic POV and be ready to truly embed yourself in the business
  • From a social perspective, you’ll need to be skilled up across organic social strategy and campaign delivery, able to identify opportunities for account growth, up/cross sell, deliver strategic recommendations and ensure the ongoing integration of the account into the business
  • You’ll have strong roots in project management, able to scope and monitor timelines, manage resource allocation for current and upcoming projects and oversee that all creative meets robust legal and contractual standards
  • Working internally with your paid media team, you’ll partner up to deliver social strategy across both organic and paid social, ensuring you exceed your clients KPI’s continuously
  • You’ll champion best practice, working in tangent with your peers to fine tune ways of working
  • Financial management/ understanding is key to success; as AD, you’ll need to have a solid, rigorous understanding of budget management and forecasting, you’ll know where to allocate budget and when to negotiate

To be successful in this role, you’ll need senior level experience within a social first/ digital agency, equipped across organic social media campaign delivery, partnered with the ability to lead a high-profile account.
