Senior Account Manager

A dynamic strategy and experience design agency specialising in creating next-generation experiences and environments for global brands and retailers is looking for a Account Director to join their team in Los Angeles.

You’ll be managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, instilling confidence with clear communication and problem-solving and addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining positive client relationships.

This role suits a positive motivator of people, a problem solver and a lateral thinker, somebody who is comfortable with ambiguity and applying mental agility to projects

Requirements:

1. 5+ years account management experience
2. Proven client management & account management skills.
3. Ability to understand client requirements & goals and identify opportunities to expand on an existing client brief to deliver high-impact results.
4. Excellent relationship builder, personable, adaptable, and proactive
