Studio Manager

This popular studio who craft and build branded environments, for clients within the lifestyle sectors, are looking to bring in a top Studio Manager to their team. Based in the London studio, but with the benefit of hybrid working two days a week, you’ll support the wider agency across the day to day running of the business.

As Studio Manager, you’ll be expected to;

• Manage freelance requirements across the design [both 2D and 3D] copy and production teams – building and maintaining a strong pool of talent that you can call upon depending on project specifics, managing timesheets and onboarding
• Oversee resource planning; partnering with department leads to understand project needs, allocating internal talent depending on skillsets and workloads, ensuring teams are balanced, supported & able to deliver on time; you’ll run weekly resource meetings to scope upcoming needs depending on project pipelines
• Review internal processes and implement any changes which will enhance ways of working and efficiency
• Nurture a positive, collaborative and inspiring studio environment, managing everything from organising social events to the general upkeep of the studio

To fit this exciting role, you’ll need prior experience in a similar traffic, resource or studio management position in an agency setting.
